I’m passionate about getting it right! Every home is different, and tailoring a marketing package to suit your individual property is why I am so successful.

I’m passionate about pointing out the best features, advising on areas of the property where change will make a significant difference and then showcasing the property to the biggest market possible.

The use of social media and digital marketing to bring you more buyers than just Rightmove or Zoopla can ever do is where I’ve improved my own performance and successes. There are more ways to broadcast your home than ever before and as a perfectionist, I strive to make sure your property is going to get that buyer that pays the best possible price!

What’s my experience?

Over 16 years experience in sales and over 14 years within the property industry. 12 years of this working for either a big corporate estate agent (with many offices across the country) or small independent businesses.

I started my career in 2005 working for Your Move in Nottingham, after 1 year in car sales. My car sales experience has proved invaluable when it comes to negotiation on the price!

I was head hunted four times, moving estate agencies and climbing the ladder to management, working for the best agencies in the country. My personal standards for success are so high that I excelled where ever I worked.

Nottingham has been my home for my entire professional career and there isn’t a street or route around Nottingham that I do not know.

Why choose Jon?

I grew up in Bulwell NG6, I went to school in Kimberley NG16 & Aspley NG8, I’ve lived in the city centre NG1 and sold all variations of properties and construction types in these areas.

Embracing technology, film, social media and digital marketing and using it effectively for estate agency in Nottingham is a dimension I’ve added to my skill set in recent years and used to great affect. Be prepared to learn a new way of working.

My personal service approach is what I feel separates me from the rest. I pride myself on integrity and honesty – you need to know what your realistic options are when selling one of (if not) the most expensive assets you may ever own.

My clients know they can text, WhatsApp, or call me for just a friendly chat and a bit of advice. I believe its the relationship I have with customers is where I’m unique. Professional at all times, friendly, personable but also knowledgeable. When you agent takes the stress out of selling and is always on hand, it makes a big difference.

What’s my motivation?

There is nothing more rewarding in this world than a simple “thank you.”

When a client installs their faith in me and I deliver beyond expectation, the sincerity in the “thank you” I receive on completion is incomparable. I love it. My hope is that the more estate agents put the client first and really work hard.

Making the difference to someone’s life is an immeasurable happiness that only doing the job I do can offer that feeling a success.
