I have almost 2 decades experience in negotiation, property valuations, accompanied viewings and the conveyancing process. I relish those difficult conversations and you can lean on my expertise whenever you want.

– 24/7 access – I do go to sleep. I also eat, go to the gym and have my own life. However. The use of text, WhatsApp, voice notes and being able to call me at 9.15 pm on a Tuesday evening because you anxious about the sale, unsure of questions that are being asked or simply want to ease you anxiety is why my clients leave me such glowing reviews! It’s never too much to ask for my help. I enjoy helping people more than anything else.

– A tailored service – one size does not fit all! Do you work shift patterns? We can stay in touch out of office hours!

Do we need to dress the house? Or move things around for photos and viewings? Yes, is the answer a lot of the time. I’m honest, and I will tell you when things need to change.

This has a lot to do with little or no knowledge and experience of the estate agent, when it comes to the conveyancing process. I may not have the qualifications in conveyancing law, but after 15 years of handling property transactions, learning the conveyancing law in my spare time and having a strong relationship with my own solicitors that I will NEVER be short of answers during a stressful process like this. You can ask me any questions, and you’ll be able to get the answer.
