I use WhatsApp messages and voice notes to stay in touch all the time. I’m in contact up out of hours (up to around 10 pm weekdays) and I’m open to speak to at the weekends – BOTH Saturday and Sunday.

I’ve worked in a high street office. You have so many properties to remember and the phone never stops ringing. It’s not possible to absorb all of the information about your house. When you ring the office, it’s
likely the person you speak to either doesn’t know who you are or can’t remember which property you’re selling!
When you ring me, I know it’s you. And most of the time, it’s me contacting you. I like to keep you updated and informed as to what’s happening.
I’ve worked in estate agency offices and it was incredibly frustrating for me to watch the breakdown of service levels and relationships, simply because nobody was taking responsibility.
All over the world, people will sell their home using a “Real Estate Agent.” A seller will hand that real-estate agent the keys, knowing they have the knowledge and experience to personally represent their home.
We are the only country with Estate Agency.
